Unkind 刻薄
An unkind person uses cold words, sharp jokes, or silence to push others away.
Unkind remarks ignore feelings, point at faults in public, and give no clear help.
In groups, an unkind style cuts people off, takes credit, and sets a tense tone.
At home or at work, unkind habits show as eye‑rolling, blaming, or long delays to punish.
The result is low trust: people speak less, avoid risk, and miss fair chances.
Unkind is not the same as honest; clear facts can be firm without hurting people.
