Metacarpals 掌骨
The metacarpals are five long bones in the middle part of your hand.
They connect the wrist bones to your fingers, making your hand strong and flexible.
Each metacarpal supports one finger and helps it move when you pick up or hold things.
You use your metacarpals when you clap, write, or squeeze a sponge.
These bones are covered by muscles and skin, so you cannot see them from the outside.
If a metacarpal breaks, your hand may swell or feel painful.
掌骨是手中央的五根长骨头。
它们把手腕的骨头和手指连接起来，让手变得有力又灵活。
