Radius 桡骨
The radius is a long bone in your lower arm, on the same side as your thumb.
It stretches from your elbow down to your wrist.
The radius moves with the ulna to help you turn your hand and bend your arm.
You use your radius when you pick up a ball, write, or twist a bottle open.
You can feel the radius under your skin near the thumb side of your arm.
If the radius is hurt, it can be hard to hold or turn things.
桡骨是前臂里的一块长骨，在靠近大拇指的一侧。
它从肘部延伸到手腕。
桡骨和尺骨一起运动，帮助你转动手掌和弯曲手臂。
