Ulna 尺骨
The ulna is a long bone in your lower arm, next to the radius.
It runs from the elbow to the wrist and is easy to feel near the little finger side of your arm.
The ulna works together with the radius to help your arm bend and turn.
This bone supports your arm when you push, lift, or hold things.
The ulna is thicker near the elbow and becomes thinner as it reaches the wrist.
If the ulna is broken, it may be hard to move your arm or carry objects.
尺骨是前臂里的一块长骨，与桡骨相邻。
它从肘部延伸到手腕，在靠近小拇指这一侧容易摸到。
尺骨和桡骨一起工作，让手臂可以弯曲和旋转。
撸胳膊、举物或托住东西时，尺骨都在支撑着手臂。
尺骨在靠近肘部的地方较粗，向手腕逐渐变细。
