Collarbone 锁骨
The collarbone is an important bone at the front of the shoulder.
It helps hold the arms away from the body, so the shoulders can move freely.
The collarbone joins with the shoulder blade on one end and the breastbone on the other.
If you touch just above your first rib, you can feel your collarbone under the skin.
This bone keeps the shoulders steady when you lift, carry, or reach for things.
Without strong collarbones, it would be hard to move the arms in many directions.
