Fibula 腓骨
The fibula is a long, thin bone found in the lower leg.
It runs beside the tibia, which is the larger bone in the same area.
The fibula helps to support the leg and gives it shape.
Muscles attached to the fibula help move your foot and ankle.
Each person has two fibulae, one in each leg.
You can feel your fibula along the outside of your lower leg, close to the skin.
