Humerus 肱骨
The humerus is the long bone found in the upper arm.
It connects the shoulder to the elbow and gives shape to the arm.
The humerus helps you lift, hold, and move your arm in many directions.
Muscles around the humerus make it possible to bend, stretch, and turn your arm.
Each person has two humerus bones, one in each arm.
When you wave, throw a ball, or carry something, your humerus is working.
