Shoulder Blade 肩胛骨
The shoulder blade is a large, flat bone found on each side of your upper back.
Each shoulder blade lies just below the shoulder and looks like a triangle under the skin.
We have two shoulder blades—one on the left and one on the right.
The shoulder blade connects to the upper arm bone and the collarbone, so your arm can move in many ways.
Muscles attached to the shoulder blade help raise, lower, and turn the arms.
