Scapula 肩胛骨
The scapula is a flat, triangle-shaped bone found on each side of the upper back.
People sometimes call the scapula the shoulder blade.
Each person has two scapulae, one on the left and one on the right.
The scapula connects the upper arm bone to the collarbone and helps the shoulder move.
Muscles attached to the scapula allow the arms to lift, reach, and rotate.
If you touch your upper back, you may feel the edge of your scapula under the skin.
