Molars 磨牙
Molars are the teeth at the very back of your mouth. They are bigger, wider, and flatter than all the other teeth.
Each adult has three molars on the left and three on the right in the top row, and three on the left and three on the right in the bottom row. Adults have twelve molars in total.
Molars help grind food into very small pieces so it is easy to swallow.
These teeth have wide surfaces with hills and valleys for crushing food.
When you eat, molars do most of the heavy chewing, especially for foods like rice or bread.
Without molars, it would be much harder to eat many kinds of food.
磨牙是在嘴巴最里面的牙齿，比其他牙齿都要大，也比其他牙齿更宽、更平。
每个成年人上排左边有三颗磨牙，上排右边也有三颗，下排左右同样各有三颗，一共加起来是十二颗磨牙。
