Pectoral 胸肌
The pectoral muscles are large muscles that cover the upper front part of the chest.
Every person has two pectoral muscles, one on each side, under the skin and above the ribs.
These muscles help you move your arms forward, across your body, or up over your head.
When you push open a door or carry a heavy box, your pectoral muscles work to give you strength.
Some exercises, like push-ups and lifting light weights, can make the pectoral muscles stronger.
