Heel 脚跟
The heel is the back part of your foot, just below the ankle.
It is the first part to touch the ground when you take a step.
The heel has a thick pad of fat under the skin to help cushion and protect the foot.
A strong bone called the heel bone supports your weight when you walk or stand.
The heel helps you balance and keeps your steps steady.
If the heel is uncomfortable or hurts, it may be hard to walk for a long time.
