To Breathe 呼吸
To breathe means to take air into your lungs and then let it out again.
People breathe using their nose or mouth, and the air travels down into the lungs.
Breathing brings oxygen to the body, which is needed to keep organs working well.
Most people breathe about twelve to twenty times every minute when they are resting.
The chest and belly move up and down with each breath you take.
Breathing faster can happen when you run, climb stairs, or feel excited.
