Elbow 手肘
The elbow is the joint that connects the upper arm to the lower arm.
It lets the arm bend and straighten, making many movements possible.
When you eat, pick up objects, or wave, you use your elbow.
There is a small, hard bone at the tip of the elbow called the “funny bone.”
Muscles and ligaments around the elbow help it to move smoothly.
Protecting your elbow is important, especially when playing or falling.
