Rind /raɪnd/
Rind is the outer layer that forms on some kinds of cheese as they age.
It is made naturally or with help from special molds during the cheese-making process.
Some types of rind are soft and white, while others are dry and hard.
People sometimes eat the rind if it is safe and adds flavor to the cheese.
Different cheeses have different styles of rind depending on how they are made.
奶酪表皮是部分奶酪经过熟成后形成的外层。
