Single Cream /ˈsɪŋɡl kriːm/

Single cream is a light dairy product that contains around 18% milk fat.
It is smooth and has a slightly thick texture, making it easy to pour.
Single cream is often used in cooking, especially in sauces and soups, to add richness.
Unlike double cream, it cannot be whipped into stiff peaks.
This cream is popular in British cuisine and is often used in desserts like custards and puddings.
Single cream can also be added to coffee or enjoyed with fruits for extra flavor.

稀奶油是一种含有约18%脂肪的轻乳制品。
它质地光滑,略微浓稠,容易倒出。
稀奶油常用于烹饪,特别是在酱汁和汤中,以增添风味。
与双倍奶油不同,它不能被打成坚硬的泡沫。
