母亲节 Mother’s Day

Today is Mother’s Day, a very special day for me and my family. Early this morning, I got up earlier than usual and made breakfast for my mother. She was very surprised and happy when she saw it. I could see the smile on her face, and it made me feel warm inside.

My mother is the most important person in my life. She always takes care of me and supports me whenever I need help. When I feel sad or tired, she listens to my problems and gives me good advice. She is not only my mother but also my best friend. Every day, she works hard to make our home comfortable and happy. Sometimes, I forget to show my thanks to her because I am busy with my schoolwork.

On this special day, I decided to do something meaningful for her. Besides making breakfast, I also wrote a letter to my mother and told her how much I appreciate everything she does for me. In the letter, I said, “Thank you, Mom. I love you not only today, but every day.” My mother hugged me and told me she was proud of me.

Mother’s Day reminds me that we should always care for our mothers and express our love, not only on this day but throughout the year. I hope my mother will always be happy and healthy.

今天是母亲节，对我和家人来说是一个非常特别的日子。今天一大早，我比平时起得更早，还为妈妈准备了早餐。看到早餐时，妈妈非常惊喜和高兴。我能看到她脸上的笑容，这让我内心感到很温暖。

Mother’s Day always reminds me of the small things my mother has done for me since I was a child. When I was young, she held my hand to cross the street and read me stories before bed. Now that I am older, I’m often busy with homework, but I can still feel her love.

This year, instead of buying a gift, I decided to help her with the housework. We cleaned the living room together, and I realized how much effort she puts into making our home clean every day. Later, we cooked dinner together, which was full of laughter. I am grateful for these simple but happy moments.

Mother’s Day is not only a festival but also a time to treasure and thank our mothers for their love and hard work.

母亲节总让我想起从小到大妈妈为我做过的许多小事。小时候，她牵着我的手过马路，睡前给我讲故事。现在我长大了，经常忙于作业，但依旧能感受到她的爱。

On Mother’s Day, I want to say something from my heart. No words can fully express my love and gratitude. Whenever I was lost, you guided me patiently. When I was sick, you stayed up all night to take care of me. Your kindness and patience make me a better person.

Today, I just want to say “Thank you, Mom!” I hope you always know that your love is the greatest gift I have received.

No matter how busy I become, I will always remember to return your love and take care of you as you have cared for me. Happy Mother’s Day to the best mom in the world!

母亲节中学到的一课 A Lesson Learned on Mother’s Day

This Mother’s Day, I realized that I haven’t spent enough time with my mother because of my studies and hobbies. Sometimes, I even forgot her birthday. But now I understand that family should always come first.

I decided to make a change. After dinner, I invited my mom to walk in the park. We talked about her work and my school life. She smiled and said she was happy just to be with me. I suddenly felt regret for all the times I ignored her care.

Mother’s Day taught me that I should make more efforts to show my love, not just on special days but in daily life. I hope I can spend more time with my mom in the future and bring her more happiness.

今年的母亲节，我意识到因为学习和兴趣，我陪妈妈的时间太少了。有时候甚至会忘记她的生日。现在我明白了，家庭永远应该排在第一位。

On Mother’s Day, I have a special wish for my mother. I hope that one day, I can travel around the world with her and let her see the beautiful sights she has only seen on TV. She has worked hard for our family and rarely had a chance to travel or relax.

I will study hard and try my best to give her a better life in the future. If I succeed, I hope I can fulfill her dreams as she has supported mine.

Today, I wrote my wish on a card and gave it to my mother. She was very moved and told me that as long as I am healthy and happy, that is her greatest wish.

Mother’s Day reminds me that all great dreams begin with a mother’s love.
