I enjoy staying at home. I can watch TV or play computer games. However, my mother once told me that I spent too much time at home and suggested that I go out and exercise. I didn't pay much attention to what she said at the time. Until one day, I felt dizzy while playing computer games, and I decided to go to the hospital for a check-up. The doctor told me that my health was weak and I needed to do more exercise. After that, I started to spend less time at home. Every morning, I get up early and go jogging. I found that many people were enjoying the morning time, the old people were dancing in the square, while the young people were running. Exercise helps me keep fit, so I decided to keep doing exercises.
