Nowadays, mobile phones are very popular among teenagers. Many students have their own phones. Some people think mobile phones help teenagers a lot, but others worry about their bad effects.

On the one hand, mobile phones are useful. Students can use them to search for information, learn new things, and talk with family. For example, they can watch English videos or listen to online lessons. This helps them study better.

On the other hand, mobile phones can also cause problems. Some students spend too much time playing games or using social media. They don’t do homework or sleep well. This is bad for their health and study.

In my opinion, mobile phones are good tools, but we must use them wisely. Students should not use phones too much during study time. Parents and teachers should help them build good habits.

如今,手机在青少年中非常流行。许多学生都有自己的手机。一些人认为手机对青少年帮助很大,但另一些人则担心它带来的负面影响。

一方面,手机很有用。学生可以用它来查找信息、学习新知识、与家人联系。例如,他们可以看英语视频或听在线课程,这有助于他们更好地学习。

另一方面,手机也会带来问题。一些学生花太多时间玩游戏或使用社交媒体。他们不做作业,睡眠也不好。这对他们的健康和学习都不利。

在我看来,手机是很好的工具,但我们必须明智地使用。学生在学习时间不应过多使用手机。家长和老师应帮助他们养成良好的习惯。

So I decide to use my phone less. I will only use it for 30 minutes after homework. I believe balance is the key to a happy life with mobile phones.
