"Do you mind if I borrow your umbrella?"
"Could I borrow your umbrella for a bit?"
"I left mine at home, can I borrow yours?"
"I don't have an umbrella with me. Would it be possible to borrow yours?"
It's also polite to offer to return the umbrella when you are done using it, for example:
"I'll make sure to bring it back when I'm done."
"I'll return it to you as soon as the rain stops."
"I'll give it back to you later, I promise."
If you are the one lending the umbrella, you can say:
"Sure, you can borrow my umbrella."
"Of course, go ahead and take it."
"No problem, here you go."
