自助餐

高中阶段对我来说是非常重要的，我在学习上花了大量的精力。我很擅长数学和英语，而我薄弱的科目是生物和地理。

人们喜欢自助餐，因为他们能在一餐里吃很多种食物，他们的胃口也得到了满足。我是自助餐的粉丝，我能在同一时间里吃很多食物，每次我走进自助餐，我就告诉自己不满足胃口就不走出来。面对那么多食物，我情不自禁地多吃，即使我很饱，但是仍然在吃，我的胃吃伤了。据说八成饱的感觉是保持健康的最好方法，如果人们继续让胃填食物的话，胃就会受到伤害。因此人们吃自助餐的方式是不对的，我们应该享受食物而不是吃得太撑。
