幸福的密码The Code of Happiness

昨晚，我阅读了一则新闻关于一位教授20年前写的一篇论文。他做了一些调查，询问人们是否感到幸福，然后他得出结论，幸福属于两类人，那就是趋于平淡的人和取得非凡成就的人。但是20年以后，他决定重新去拜访那些人，他发现他以前对幸福的结论是错的。大部有着非凡成就的人并不感到开心，因为他们遭遇了大挫折。这位教授得出新的结论，真正的幸福在于心灵上的平静。这就是幸福的密码。​
